How long does a full gut renovation take?

8–12 weeks. Larger multi-room or multiple baths/kitchen: 12–20+ weeks, depending on permits, inspections, lead-times and building rules.

Do you handle permits, boards, and COIs?

Yes. We prepare drawings with your designer/architect, file with DOB, coordinate condo/co-op approvals, and provide COIs to building management.

Can you work in occupied apartments?

We can phase work when feasible. We install floor protection, dust barriers, negative air, and keep strict quiet hours & daily clean-ups.

What’s included in your warranty?

Manufacturer warranties honored plus our workmanship warranty. We provide closeout docs, inspection records, and maintenance guidance.
